Panic

"It was so strange, the way that life moved forward: the twists and the dead ends, the sudden opportunities. She supposed if you could predict or foresee everything that was going to happen, you'd lose the motivation to go through it all. The promise was always in the possibility."

4 out of 5 stars

When Heather decided to compete in Panic, a game played by seniors, even though she knows she is not as fearless as anyone who joins because she is just after the payoff at the end of the game if she ever wins. She discovered some secrets from other competitors while the game becomes harder and harder.

I am torn between liking it and not so much liking it. It just get me to finish the book because I want to know what happened in the Games.

Til my next review.
